I am responding to a girl that argues taking soda out of school is punishing kids. There is one principle that had a healthy diet enforced in her school but I can't remember which. I need help.

I don't think I've really heard or saw anyone mix up apple juice with orange juice... but I do it all the time simply because I love apples and I love oranges! And besides, the taste is great!

Then when I started posting questions and answers on this new Yahoo thing just a few days ago, I decided that I wanted to find out how many people actually thing that a %100 natural juice with apple and orange will be a great product.

What happens when humans consume too much salt? I love eating sunflower seeds (in the shell); I quit smoking back a few months ago and this helps keep my mouth busy... but I worry that I am getting too much salt. What will happen to my body and what are some alternatives you can think of to chewing sunflower seeds? I don't much like sweets/sugary candy.

Ok I'm 16 & my sister is 12. Me and her are having a argument over this.
