I'm going to jamba juice later and am going to try to put together the 'ideal smoothie' w/out driving the order taker nuts. I need something that's not too slushy or bland w/out the dairy base, still tastes ok after a couple boosts, offers really high vitamin power for less than 5 bucks & 500 calories or less...........even though this may sound like a pretty wacky question & is kinda tough, if anyone can help!!!...please do. thanx
