Does anyone know how to brew tea/green tea COLD without losing all the health benefits? I've heard if you don't do it right, you lose a lot of the antioxidants and other healthful properties.

Please note I live in the UK and I do not want the obvious choice like twinnings, clipper or jacksons. I have tried tea pigs and they cool but on the pricey side any ideas.

We like the coffee served at Village Inn / Baker's Square restaurants a lot. They told us what they use but we can not locate it. Does anyone have advice on making a great cup of coffee. Keep in mind this is regarding a regular black cup of coffee - nothing fancy. ... For anyone with restaurant experience: What brand of coffee-maker do you use? Was the coffee freshly ground or from cans (preground/packaged)?
