I love my rose and chardonnay wines, especially sweet ones. But have not been able to find a good one for ages. Can anyone advise?

I was just wondering if you left a half opened bottle of wine out too long would it go bad? Also I had some Irish Cream from Xmas that was opened, is it still safe to drink?

over this past weekend I went winetasting in Solvang; I didnt go to the actual vineyards, just the wine tasting rooms/retail shops around town cause I didnt drive there. A thing occured to me after I came home. Not the owners, but the workers that pour the tasting glasses and talk about the wines, do they get a commission if they sell one of the bottles you are tasting?

where you're a better driver because you know you're drunk, you know the kind of drunk where you probably shouldn't drive, but you do anyways because, I mean come on, you got to get your car home, right?
