My favourite alcoholic drink is beer, because it tastes so good and has so many different styles.

You make it by 'mashing' grain in hot water for about 90 minutes, boiling the liquid 'extract' with hops for an hour to 90 minutes, cooling, adding yeast and then allowing it to ferment. It is then bottles or barreled and stored for a time before being drunk.

My favourite alcoholic drink when out boozing with el public is Belgian wife beater (Stella), but if given an unlimited amount of cash, it would have to be champagne.
That stuff is liquid sex and although it can be pricey everyone should by a bottle bring it round my gaff and we'll have the biggest love in since Rita, Sue & Bob Too hit the cinemas.

My favorite alcoholic drink is : Irish Coffee.

You need to use a strong coffee. Like an arab coffee.
Stir in a pot brown sugar and Irish whiskey, until it smooths down..
Pour a 1/4 cup of each in a glass and add up with coffee. Fresh whipped cream on top, makes it the best.

a small vodka with lots of diet coke, no ice. It is my favourite alcoholic drink because it goes down smooth and it is not too sweet or strong.

Dark rum and coke. Pretty simple to make really!!!!! Just as long as you have a good quality rum like Havana Club or Mount Gay. Dark rum tastes good with a number of mixers, coke is good with a squeeze of fresh lemon or lime.
Or two measures of dark rum, lemon and a teaspoon of runny honey, mixed and poured over crushed ice topped up with lemonade. Mmmmmm!!!!
With fizzy orange is good too!!!!

Vodka Tonic. It is simple not sweet. Refreshing on a hot day and even cheap vodka taste great when mixed with a good Tonic and slice of lime.
