No doubt California! California has the best weather in the world, there is no other place where you can live 45 minutes from the ocean, the desert, the mountains and the city. The food and the wine produced here are incredible. We have some of the most beautiful views in the world (Napa Valley, Yosemite, Lake Tahoe, Big Sur, Mendocino, Santa Barbara, Laguna Beach etc.) It's expensive to live here but all of the above should tell you why...and to me, it's WELL worth it.

HAWAII ....it's a no-brainer. Paradise. Beautiful women. Nature. Beaches. Weather. Good people. Honolulu is a great city. There is tons of culture and international flavor. Rich in history. The flowers. The scenery. The music. The diversity of the differnt islands. The sea life. It's just incredible.

California, because we have one of the most beautiful coastlines in the world. We have beaches for surfing and sailing , the mountains for camping, snow skiing or snow boarding, and the desert, to go play in, or just enjoy the multitude of beautiful wildflowers in the spring. There is always something to do in California, northern or southern. I love the fact that we have a very diverse population, so we get to experience the traditions, lifestyles and foods of many countries. I also find the people who live here to be friendly, laid-back, and outgoing. The very BEST thing about California, though is the great weather. :)

you will probably think that i am crazy but, my favorite place to go is Mississippi. I love it over there. I go to mississippi a lot. it is a place of extremes. luxurious, modern gambling casinos, incredible antibellum mansions, squalor and shacks. in places there is zero health code. junk right next door to wealth. they still have country stores that sell bologna and cheese, sliced on the counter beside the cash register. smoking is still allowed inside and everywhere. it is like going back in time.

i love to see the huge cotton fields of the delta, solid white in all directions in october. the miss. river is hypnotic, i can sit and stare at it in amazement.

lots of good people live there too. many more things to see and do than what i listed.

dont knock it if you havent seen it. go over there with me sometime, you will have a great time. you have to have a "guide" to show you where to go and what to do. most of it is not set up in a easy to find way. its not any disneyland's or grand canyon tourist things there, but the things that they have are unique and vanishing. Louisiana is good too.

I love california. Specifically the san francisco area. Our weather is decent most of the year, not to hot, not to cold. Tons of stuff to do from the beaches to skiing in the winter, within 4 hour radius. Very laid back area. Wine Country capital of america. Baseball, football, basketball, hockey, great college sports.

I can't think of other reasons why.

OREGON...

Because when you lived in the valley of it you are only a few hours away from different kinds of climates like a few hours to the beach in the summer to get a tan, to the Mt's. in the winter able to do downhill skiing, to the deserts in the summer and see the night skies full of stars away from city. and then just right in the middle is alot of greenland and pretty flowers in the spring.

I heard that why sometimes we have movies people from Hollywood goes up in Oregon, because of being able to have all kinds of outdoors element just at their fingertips. and it doesn't cost them too much in the budgets.

:-)
