about 7 months ago I ran into my ex's friend,we hit it off real well in conversation.I was still bitter about catching my ex cheating on me,he listened and understood,he drove me home that night and I invited him to stay.I asked him to sleep in the bed with me,he did,I asked him to put his arm around me,he did till I slept.The next morning things were awkward when he left.A mutual friend told me he liked me but is freaked about my ex.I saw him once since then and he came to me and said"your killing me",my ex was there also so we had to keep quiet.It has been a while since that night and I still think about him.He has called me once a while back just to chat,I sent him a text message a few months ago and never got a reply.So I deleted his number from my phone.But it is not stopping myself from thinking about him.It's like this is eating me alive.Is this normal?

I like this boy a lot and he knows that i like him. he has a girlfriend though. should i try to make a move or should i wait for him to make a move. i feel wrong making a move because he has a gf. but i really like him a lot. would he have already made the move if he likes me? he has known for a little while, but enough time to do something. i asked him if he liked me and he gave me no response, not in person though. so what does that mean? from all the stuff that i have read about it seems like he likes me, but i dont know what my move should be. should i give up on him, even though he means a lot to me, or should i try even if he has a gf. he seems so perfect for me and i have a great time with him for the little time that i am with him anyways. my friends are giving me different advice and i just dont know what to do: ask him out, give up on him, ask him if he likes you, tell him that you like him. i dont know what advice to listen too. some tell me that he needs time to think. thx

So this girl won't be my homecoming date because she says that if she went with a date then she wouldn't be able to dance with other friends but she said that if I come that i would see her there and have fun with her. If i do have a good night with her and her friends there should I ask her out on a real date? Is it a good idea?

Why is it that some people like to take their wives for granted. Could anyone, specially married women answer this question. I thought maybe Indian society is a little backward but it's much more worse over here in US what could be the reason ? I see all this happening and in future if circumstances change i don't want to spoil my wife's life. Could someone explain the psychology behind all this.............get's on my nerves. I want to help all those abused women in anyway i can, though i'm still 17.

Ok, so there is this guy that i really like... We have been out before and everything and he is really cute and a great personality and everything!! So not to long ago my friends wanted me to do somthing... So when I was talking to this guy I slowly gave him a hug and walked away... I was so happy! Then later i was going to ask him to the fun night but another girl beat me to it!! =[ So now he asked another girl out, and they are going out! But the thing is She learned his last name yesterday! She has only known him for like 3 days! So now i was talking to her and she really likes him... But i have liked him for a month now... So, the fun night is coming up... Should i ask him to it? Or should i just leave it be and let her do it. She said that if she does go with Sam she will let me slow dance with him. But i don't know if i should or not! Should I ask him? Dance with him? Or neither?

I fell in love with my best friend six months ago. I told him and he very politely turned me down. Everyone says we are perfect for one another and his parents are desperate for him to ask me out. I've never been in love before and, despite the fact it hurts me every time I see him, I don't want to give it up. Should I be trying to get over him? Or should I just wait for him?
