i was abused as a young child. i've been in foster care for ten years, but i still get down about the past. i don't disturb people about it, i jus tell them im fine and want to be left alone, yet they seem to think im asking for more attention, i've heard it several times that i play on my past. i don't understand why they cant accept that life hasn't been easy and if im down i dont want them to make things worse, i just want them to leave me alone so i can search for the answer to my past on my own.
i dont know if anyone else has been through this but i would really appreiciate a serious comment on why people seem to think that if something bad happens it can be forgotten in a few days and not re-visited, coz i dont think its that simple.

I just want to say a big thank you to all these people who take the time to research and answer a question. At this point of my life my emotional state is such that this feels like a lifeline. A lot of answers/questions have brought me joy, some made me sad and some brought back memories or gave an answer to a question of mine.

Sometimes even the profesionals cant give you an objective answer or the answer you hoped for, sometimes you dont want to overwhealm your loved ones and sometimes you just want to ask something that in person, in real life you would never dare to. For those who shake their heads in disbelife well I guess that you are the ones that log in with different ID to ask a question you were diying to ask.

Dont be tough behind a screen you would never insult someone in person so why here?

MY friend is 14 & she had a crushe on a boy of her class she dont no wen she started liking him some time he also stared at her i told her u r too youg for all this but she also new it but she dont no wat has been rong with her she wana for get him but she is not able to do so .that boy is also very flirt type he is flat on every girlhe is not stable at a single girl she alwas think of him she cant even talk to him because her school is very strict in theese cases boys &girs r not alowed to talk to each other she is very helpless she wana get her but if hes noy interested then she also wana forget her but she cant now she can olso not concentrate in her studies she always keep of thinking of him

hi. a new girl recently came to my school and i thought id make the most of it. i was soooooooo nice to her . i showed her around and introduced her to my friends. afew days later i caught her whispering to my friend in class. not about me but she said that it is a different problem . i got very upset. her and my other friend are the same religion and she said that she trusts her because of that. the said that she is a very good friend and that i was just ok. she is a very bossy and pushy person and i dont want to be a pushover to her. maybe it will just take time to develop the friendship between us. she has only been here for nearly a week now. i don't actually have a really good friend to confide in about this problem. i had a really rough few years in school so far but i only felt like i was gettin on track . i dont want her to take my other friend away or to take over. what should i do.
