Smile slyly and wink at him with a come-hither look. You don't need to say anything, and if the boy is interested he will take a hint.
Or, just go up talk to him. Like 'hey, nice shirt' or 'So I've seen you around but I never got to know your name. My name is so-and-so, what's yours?'
