she doesnt look too bad in real life, but in all her photos, her hairy face and buck teeth really make her look like some kind of small rodent. would it be kindest to suggest she consider getting a brace and some kind of hair removal?

What a amazing question!!! lol. Try leaving her hints like putting saw dust over her bedroom floor or mount one of those running wheels to the side of her house lol....

Don't tell her if it's going to make her feel bad. If you really want her to do something about it, book the pair of you into a beauty parlour for the afternoon and then spend a couple of days talking over between you what you want done. Maybe if you say you're going to have a facial waxing she'll think about getting one as well. Quite often people have flaws that they would like to change but don't know how to do it, or haven't heard of the process.
With the brace, if she's over 18 it will be and expensive and painful process, and quite often fairly pointless and the jaw etc has stopped growing.
But she might just be happy with the way she looks, and if she is then leave her alone.

Should I tell you that you sound like a idiot.See that hurt your feelings.The best thing you could do is to maybe have a sleep over and do make up and nicely suggest that she might look better if she could get her teeth straighten.But do not call her a name.That is being mean.If she is your friend you wouldn't do that.It would hurt her feelings like I did you.Get my point.If her parents don't have money for her to have braces then you shouldn't say anything. It would just make her feel bad cause there isn't anything she could do about it.Good luck

i think u can xplain things to her in a polite way, no directly sayin that she luks like a guinea pig!!dat wud b reli rude on ur part.. dun try n tell her everything at once..first see if she is able to take ur suggestion eith the righ attitude..and then go on.
Though it is important for u to tell that to her. Cuz ur her frend..and frends advice. Though u shudnt force nething on her..it shud be her own choice...whether to change or not.

Previous answer is good, but I'd add to start small...maybe recommend a new hairdresser, or some makeup. And get her interested in a guy, soon she'll be full of girl questions for you.

Why would you tell a friend she looks like a guinea pig? Doesn't she own a mirror? Friends don't point out weakness, they point out strong points....if you can't say something nice, you're not much of a friend.

I think that would be very rude and will hurt her feelings. Sometimes people have no control over some of their looks. I am sure she looks in the mirror everyday and can see herself. If you are truly her friend, why would you want to humiliate her?

If you dont want to be friends with her anymore, go ahead. Other wise suggesting what you have in mind is obviously going to hurt her feelings, Think what would you feel like if someone suggested the same to you, sometimes if you cant say anything nice to someone its better to say nothing at all. I think myself in this case it applies.

haha poor Laura, yeah you should tell her and then help her wax her face and suggest a good orthadontist to help with those teeth. If I looked like a rodent I'd like to know.

you might ruin your friendship-be careful how you tell her.
how old is your friend? sometimes braces are put on later than sooner and are extremely expensive. also the hair on her face could be a medical condititon. i am sure she is aware of how her pictures turn out. good luck
