im just wondering does this stuff about taking away a sickness because of god its soooo weird i was just watching on tv. and then this guy put his hand on this guys face and he fell...i believe in god but whats going on in the show?? its soooo confusing and creepy looking

Who is the guy that does those commercials? They show him throughout the commercial and he does the talking. He's says,"There's only one Postseason, there's only one October". I havn't watched Sesame Street in YEARS and just last week started watching it again. Well, sort of. My son (14 months) watches it and I glimpse at it every-so-often. Anyway, I havn't seen Big Bird at all! what ever happened to him? If I'm not mistaken, he was pretty much the "main" character. and Stuffy and the dog? where are they all???

They run the captions at the top of the screen and they get all jumbled. Most networks only put the closed captions at the top while they are running the preshow credits, then move them to the bottom for the duration of the program.

Why does ABC do this? It cuts off the actors heads! lots of times, I don't know who is saying what line.

It's a 60's episode with william shatner, only seen it once but remember the hippies! Seem to remember title had word 'eden' in it, or something like that.Can anyone tell me full title, and where I could find this episode. e.g. if it's on a dvd that's been released. Thanks!

I generally don't watch much TV - usually just sports or documentaries. I recently watched the first season of Heroes and I've watched the first 3 episodes of the new season.

Some other shows I've enjoyed:
The Shield - I've seen every episode
The Sopranos - I've seen every episode
Six Feet Under - I've seen every episode
Rescue Me - I watched the first season and the first few of season 2
Dead Like Me - I've seen every episode and I understand there is a new project/series coming soon.

They recently got a new cast since the original cast are all 6th graders now (keep the same kids and the show becomes "are you smarter than a 6th grader" lol).
Anyway, i watched the sarah silverman program and she adopts a girl to be in a beauty pageant or something, and the girl she adopts (in the episode) HAS to be one of the original girls from are you smarter than a 5th grader!!

If The Simpson's Springfield had to exist in a state, which one would it be? I've been wondering what people think about this. Personally, I think it's in Oregon (I'm from there) and I know that a lot of the landmarks in Springfield are based on landmarks around Springfield, Oregon.
1. Springfield, Oregon is a dump, like the Simpson's Springfield
2. The statue of Jebadiah Springfield is based on a statue at U of O in nearby Eugene, Oregon
3. The nuclear powerplant is based on the nuclear power plant up near Longview, Oregon
4. Eugene, a city near Springfield, is just like Shelbyville
5. Most of the characters in the Simpons' names are based on street names in Portland, Oregon (like Lovejoy, Flanders, Simpson, etc.)

Look it up. I believe that the Springfield in the Simpsons is based on Springfield, Oregon and the area around it. Now I'd like to see what you think

I'm wondering about songs that get played DURING the shows. I checked IMDB, but it's hit or miss. I know the theme is usually listed in the credits, but what about the music that's only in one episode? There has to be a way to figure this out... like figuring out the song in a commercial...
