Can anyone help, I have recently moved to Costa Blanca Spain and we have had sky installed with a 1.9m sat dish, we must have about 150-200 channels and I just need a website that I can copy and paste the channel numbers from on to an excel spreadsheet so we have a quick reference guide, please dont say Sky.com been on there already too much like hard work.

Have you noticed that B'ellana and Chakotay have completely different rank badges than Tom Paris, Harry Kim, and Captain Janeway? Why is this? Is it because they are Maquis? Does it have something to do with being field promoted? Although, I remember when Wesley Crusher was field promoted in TNG he had a regular ensign insignia. Anyone know why?

I watched this very interesting movie on Lifetime on Saturday night but I have no idea what it was called. It was about this teenage girl who didn't want to talk to anyone, who seemed to be going through some change. By the end, I realized it was due to her rape by her former friend's new boyfriend. I missed the beginning. The girl in it had red hair and looked like a ballet dancer. What was this movie?

Well when i was growing up, i used to on disney channel, and find stuff that was genuinely funny! I mean the old play house disney, with rollie pollie ollie, and P B and J, out of the box, and stuff like that was actually interesting (for a kid i mean). then as i got older they showed stuff like house of mouse, good to see disney sticking to the mickey mouse roots, then came shows likeEven stevens (prob funniest show of dis ever), and even though it was a girl show, i even found lizzie mcguire to be kinda good! And finally came Thats so raven, which was funny as hell until Tanya left. Thats when it all went downhill. phil of the future, was Ok, but Hannah montanah was crap, suit life is really funny but what happened to disney. All the shows are like stereotypical american shows, Whats up! they removed mickey mouse, goofy, donald, they scraped them and for what! who ever thinks that something is wrong tell me! how!

7/31/07- In the courthouse hallway, Nick says to Sharon: "I had everything with you, I threw it all away."

8/1/07- Sharon to Jack while they are sitting on a couch: "I just hope that Michael Baldwin doesn't go in there and razzle-dazzle them so Phyllis gets off."

8/2/07 - On the stand, Phyllis says to Michael while the judge looks on: "Brad's marriage fell apart and instead of taking responsibility for it, he's trying to put the blame on somebody else."

This is what I have so far...

When the court takes a break, Michael and Phyllis begin discussing Daniel's possible legal problems. Nick overhears and blasts Phyllis for keeping secrets once again!

Phyllis is shocked when the prosecution has incriminating videotape of her. Michael is positive that the judge will rule that the video is NOT admissible in court, but is shocked when the Judge will allow it & every member of the jury can view.
