series poss on bbc2 after 6pm in the seventies. it had a main character and he ended up getting blinded by a sword that was red hot and just pulled out of the fire
i remember it may have been set in mongolia, and had Tartars in it and native mongolians, my girl friend thinks it was called, Monkey but i'm not so sure!

Hey all,
I need to write an essay on buffy the vampire. Basicly i need to talk about the "new girl power" that Buffy teaches. I really need help with this..cause did not even, hear about her until recently..when i got this assignment. (ps. i did not grow up here)Any info on her or what she "teaches" or the point the show is trying to get across would be absolutely GREAT!

I was watching the lunchtime one and about 1/2 way through when they were all in the Scarlet Bar Frazer was talking to Will over the bar. Will asked Frazer what was up with him and he said 'Paul f****** Robinson thats whats wrong with me'. I even watched the evening one to see if i had misheard but it seemed i was right and i wasn't imagining it. Anyone else see if today or am i just randomly imagining swearing in daytime soaps?!?
