I can still remember the name and telephone number of a paving company from over 10 years ago....thats how annoying they were. Boss Paving, 0800 080808 (easy, and annoying) We never used them :-)

Quaker Oats boasting that their product "naturally helps to remove cholesterol from the body". Seeing that every single cell in our bodies requires cholesterol, and that cholesterol is not removed - the liver either produces more or less of it - I've contacted the Advertising Standards Authority ( www.asa.org.uk ) and suggest you do the same if you find something actually WRONG with an advert. Don't just moan about it - do something!

That bloody cillit bang one, all the personal injury and homeowner loans one (especially the one with the geordie bird and the kids scooter) and the car insurance ones where a "member of staff" for the company try and get me to call them.
however as much as i gripe, i read somewhere that the annoying ones are the most effective! Bizarre that!

All the debt busting loan adverts
and an old one that really got me was le crunch, advertising French apples, where someone made a reallybig loud crunching noise eating a great big green apple

I guess I don't really have one. I used to hate the one where the guy says "How are we going to sell this UGLY house." I was just irritated by the way he said 'ugly.'

The mortgage and dept shrinkers we all know you end up worse off in the end. Wages have to be paid as well as the adverts.

It used to be the one for the Hulk Hogan show, where he throws up.... I close my eyes and plug my ears whenever it came on (which was almost every commercial break!) I thought it was annoying and disgusting!

'i can't get up without my furry alarm clock'..yuck and I hate hate hate 'nadine baggart' with her alien face talking about penterpeptides and olay regenerists. But the worst one is that git selling windows 'trust me, it's free fittin' well I know where I'd like to 'fit' his upvc windows. All UK ads.
