It isn't fair to those who have been voted off who were better than him, but it isn't so surprising. Look how long Kevin lasted last year (although Sanjaya is far worse a singer really). Then again, who gets voted off and who stays doesn't have all that much to do with who *deserves* to be voted off.
Chris Daughtry's huge (and deserved) success is one example of how just because you get voted off doesn't mean you aren't a star.
I feel bad for Sanjaya; it seems obvious he's a nice guy and even more obvious he realizes how outclassed he is by his competitors. I actually think he's a little embarrassed he hasn't been voted off yet.

I am voting for Sanjaya tonight because I hate how corporate Idol is. I want Sanjaya to win as an experiment to see if America's vote really counts or if the producers really pick the winners.

Yes I hate to see that some pathetic loser is on there. But it happens every year. Makes you wonder if American Idol is Fixed or Not. Hmm... Think about that. Wasting all those votes for nothing. Maybe he will be eliminated this week. He may even forfeit because he can't take the hate any longer.

Yes, I am furious. He can't sing one note! I don't understand why people would vote for someone that can't sing, and he needs a haircut bad. He looks like a girl with that curly hair of his. UGGH!

Yes, he is almost completely talentless and he's like a robot when he's on stage. I can't wait until he is finally gone! And I want Sundance and Brandon back.

No. I think he is horrible and should be gone, but obviously there are a lot of morons out there who like him and vote for him. Not much I can do about that.
