Does it get any worse than those pathetic McDonald's commercials where they try to make fast food out to be a delicious party for cool people? To me those terrible episodes of sitcoms where they have run out of ideas but still fill 30 mins with old clips outsucks even MickeyD's. In other words what is the most annoying thing on television?

I am obese (BMI 33%) and I need to lose weight. The thing is, I have a hard time getting motivated to eat less and excercise more, mostly because I am not concerned about what society thinks of me and because I've been trying -- and failing -- to lose weight for over 5 years.
