I love both of these shows, but which one do you think is better and why?

Heroes is good for people who like just a little bit of intrigue but Lost is good for people who like a LOT of intrigue.
Lost's plot is a better kept secret than Heroes. Personally, I couldn't choose which is better. If for some reason they went up against each other in time slots, I would tape Heroes and watch Lost.

Heroes, because the show has a clear plot. Not that I don't like Lost, but sometimes it can get confusing.

I'm in love with LOST but my husband likes Heroes as well. He thinks he has LOST figured out but I like the idea that anything is possible.

I've never seen Lost, the idea of it just doesn't appeal to me. How unoriginal is that to have people stranded on an island? Heroes, on the other hand is my favorite show! While maybe not completely innovative, it is very entertaining and full of twists.

heroes is better.
its better because it leaves you with a cliffhanger.
and you cant wait to watch the show the next time,
also because LOST doesnt really have a plot and it is sometimes confusing.
so HEROES is way better

Lost. It actually allows you to use your brain and think, which is a change from what garbage is on tv right now.
*cough*reality tv*cough*
I'm sure Heros is good too. I've seen a few minutes of it, but not enough to give my opinion about it..so I'm going to be biased and choose Lost.

I love LOST because there are so many mysteries. It shows that everyone is connected and everything happens for a reason.
