That Merton council were exploiting the Wombles buy allowing them to constantly clean up Wimbledon common without offer of any kind of wages.?

Yes!!! It's not fair - they should be paid wages like everyone else! And work on shift rotas so they get days off! Maybe we should start lobbying parliament???

Yeah, kinda but I think you'll find the Wombles werent paying rent or council tax, which is kinda payment in itself.
