There was a Bugs Bunny cartoon episode where Bugs does as Theodore Roosevelt impression and says, "I speak softly, but I carry a big stick." And then Yosemite Sam yells, "Well, I speak loudly, and I carry a bigger stick, and I use it to."

It was at least an hour long and possibly having to do with Christmas. The toys spoke to each other and the main characters were Raggedy Ann & Andy and something might have happened to one of them.
They used to show it all the time but it wasn't a series. I saw it in the early '80's but it could be older.

It wasn't The Velveteen Rabbit.

The show was in the 1970's. I wish I could find it in "tvland." It was a spin-off of a HUGELY popular show.....the star characters in both shows were best friends.
