try youtube, but it's hard to say if a WHOLE EPISODE is on any site.
I think it is USA channels that has done more than one marathon of all the episodes back to back, so look for that in your local listings.

They have all of Heroes at http://www.FavoriteTVshow.com They have a sign-up fee but it is a one time thing only and after this you get unlimited access to old and new shows episodes downloads including full series.
