law and order svu because there is a lot of action. chris meloni is my favorite because he is always fighting somebody. when are they going to kick him out.

Law and Order: SVU...I love Elliott (his character is just so real and emotional)!! plus the storylines are interesting :)

I like SVU. Great cases. Mariska is a great actress and Chris Meloni is a wonderful actor and he is HOT!!!
Criminal Intent is good too. Vincent D'Nefreo is a great actor. No one could play his role as well as he can!!! He is sexy also!!!

special victims unit because it shows you how many different ways you can be violated and if your aware of them then your less likely to have it done to you.
