It was at least an hour long and possibly having to do with Christmas. The toys spoke to each other and the main characters were Raggedy Ann & Andy and something might have happened to one of them.
They used to show it all the time but it wasn't a series. I saw it in the early '80's but it could be older.
It wasn't The Velveteen Rabbit.

It's probably one of these listed at Amazon.com, there were 2 made for Christmas. The one I remember most is the one I saw in the mid-60's, but I don't know the name for that one either.
