I already know it's the theme from 'The Greatest American Hero' and was used in Seinfeld & Farenheit 911 but I'm fairly sure it was also on a TV commercial and perhaps even a different aussie sitcom.

It was about the yakusa. Japenese gang if i remember right. There was a man who faught them on his own. There was a little guy who helped him. They had huge tatooes on their back i think. If you have a guess as to what show it was i would appreciate your help.
