I heard that he may be going to jail because of something in Mexico..... did he ever go to jail? if he had court how did it go?

Duane, Tim and Leland were all taken into custody on Sept.14Th and they are currently out on bail awaiting a extradition hearing for extraditing to Mexico. Here is the link to the site to get more info.

He was in a federal jail in Hawaii for alittle, and then him and his son Leland and Tim were released on bail and were told to wear ankle bracelets. They basically had a curfew and had to be at home between 11pm-5am. He went to court on the 4th I believe. I havent heard anything about that. But honestly, what they're getting in trouble for is stupid and that I think no fan will let that happen. A bunch of people/fans has been behind him and his family this whole time. He has a lot of support, even from Andrew Luster's victims. Its kinda scarey because they wont be treated nicely in Mexico, but what they're calling them back is uncalled for. It happened... what?... three years ago, and when they were leaving they were told they would never be called back for this again as long as they didnt cross the borders again. They didnt touch Mexico and all of a sudden Mexico wants them back. Some think theres some kind of trade going on between American and Mexico which I kinda doubt, or Andrew Luster and his 'Max-Factor' family are behind it. He did go to jail because of the Max Factor heir. When they arrested him supposedly it was done wrong or whatever? I don't know the particulars, but here's a link
