I saw this Halloween TV special about 24 years ago circa 1982. There was this town, and all of the townspeople's mortgages were held by this miserly old man who lived in a big mansion. Every year at Halloween he would hide the mortgage notes somewhere in his house. He would invite the town's children to come in and try to find them. The house was filled with scary stuff and booby traps to keep the kids from finding them. Inevitably, kid after kid would come running out screaming scared. The Old Miser had a central control room where he could watch all the children on cameras and he controlled the booby traps there. One kid came really close, I think he reached up into the fireplace. When the miser saw this, he flipped a switch and made the morgages fall out of reach. PLEASE ANSWER THIS!!!!

After Stanley comes in from the (radioactive?) rain, the medical person tells them to give him "iodine." He then drinks POVIDONE IODINE, which is a deadly poison. While "iodine" is a good preventative to avoid radiation damage to the thyroid, it must be POTASSIUM IODIDE (aka "KI"), which is safe to consume.

I don't get it...tell me if you agree with this. If white people had white people movie awards on TV, the black people whold cry and complain over and over until eventually someone would get in trouble and accused of being old fashioned and practicing segregation. But, yet, I am seeing on TV year after year the Black People Movie awards!?! That is segregation! I want in! I want to demand that this is segregation. I think someone should put Densel Washington up against someone like Brad Pitt or something. Oh wait, I can't because it'st he black people awards. White people are not allowed to participate. But this is somehow not segregation...hhhmmmmmmmmm

First question: In the beginning of Season 2, Desmond acted like he didn't know what would happen if the button wasn't pushed. But at the end, it was revealed that he had already experienced that because he was the one who crashed Flight 815. Was it a production error? Or am I missing something?

Second question: In the Season 3 premiere, Juliette partially reveals that they are the "remains" of the Dharma Initiative. What are your thoughts? Do you think they're telling the truth? Or is it just another lie? Ben looked pretty suspicious in the last shot.

Serious answers only, please.

I was watching the show Weeds on showtime, and in the opening song they say things were made of ticky tacky. Is it an object or some kind of metaphor for something? I don't know.
