Hi guys!

My husband and I just bought a new tv yesterday. We have Comcast digital cable (with the Motorola cable box) and the remote control that came with the box was programmed with our old tv to turn it on and off and control volume. Apparently in order to use that remote with our new tv, we have to type in a code that will then re-program it accordingly. The only problem is, I follow the instructions that came with the Comcast remote, and nothing happens! It says to hit the "tv" button, hold down the "set up" button and wait until the "tv" button blinks 2 times, then the box will appear where I need to type in the new code. It never brings the code box up though!

I tried to call Comcast quite a few times and I kept getting the "instead of waiting, type in your phone number, and we will call you back within 2-3 minutes". Yea, its been a long time and they haven't called. So if any of you could help me out, it would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks! :)

Its the advert for pay as you go everyone, the guy walkes out of his house and the fence drops down then walks towards some houses and they drop down to the floor as though to let him past. its the latest advert from t mobile.
