Well Saved By The Bell is out on DVD you can buy it most places you might think where you can buy seasons of old shows. Your best bet is probably going to be ebay though!

I would go to amazon.com and you can ask if there's going to be a Saved By The Bell Season 1 DVD and surely they'll get back to you if anything comes up to purchase the video.

Yes, it is on DVD. Online, I guess you could buy it at Amazon or eBay. It is probably in any movie store, Wal Mart or Kmart.
