Michael T. Weiss played a gay man in a movie, entitled "Jeffrey". Judging by the news stories, when preparing for the scene with a gay kiss, Michael experienced "heterosexual angst" (his own words.) So, by his own admission, he's straight.
If you are fine with accepting his words as truth, then that's your answer. If you don't believe him, then there's no known answer to your question :)..

I don't think he's gay. Since I last seen him in a Crossing Jordan episode before he was killed off I think, he seemed to be not gay to me but single.
