As alot of you probably already know, my husband and I live in an apartment. I just got a notice saying that the Landlord (or his lacky's) will be conducting an inspection on all the apartments in the next coming week, regardless of whether we are home or not.
It states, "If you're not home, we'll just let ourselves in and there's no exceptions."
We are paying tenants and I think this is an outrage! In Australia, we have more rights...if they come by and it's not convenient for you, they simply have to come back when it is. The rules are totally different here and I'm wondering if this is common practise, or if they're just taking it upon themselves and making up their own rules......any feedback on this will be appreciated.
Many thanks.
