Me and my friends saw both movies, the thing of it is the infected from 28 days later are alive and are infected with the "Rage Virus", where as the Zombies from Resident Evil are Undead and have no thought process and are therefore just death machines that cant get killed unless shot in the head like all Zombies.
Now the scenario isn’t a one on one fight, it’s if they were both released upon the world what “Species” would eventually be dominant over the other?
I have a $20 bet that “Infected" would win, so honest answers only please!

the ones from 28 days later though they don't really exist because of decomposition the only feasible zombie is the slow moving stupid ones from george romero movies

The Zombies would win because they would zombify the infected, strengthening their army. Each time one of the infected is killed by a zombie, that's just another zombie who will go on to kill more of the infected. The zombie "virus" will spread through the infected, but not the other way around.

I would say the infected from 28 days wins. Just for the sheer fact that they can move alot faster than the zombies. I would tend to think their thought process would be much more complicated than the zombies.

I'd have to agree with you that the "infected" would win- because they would just keep infecting and breeding more "infected" where as the "zombies" would just die out after the last one is shot in the head.

definitely the 28 days later ones. they're so much scarier and grosser and infect-y-er. now...which was the better movie? i think 28 days later for that too. resident evil was really good though.

I'm with you on the "infected"...they are way faster and would take down zombies with their crazy rage speed

The Infected, those buggers were WILD! The zombies from RE are slow and stupid
