Depends on the following:
1) What made you fall (was it serious or trip over your own feet type)
2) Do I see any chance of injury (did you smack your head, sprain a wrist etc.)
If I have dismissed any potential for injury (other than wounded pride) I would help you up...while struggling not to show I am laughing.

If you were someone I didn't know I would make sure you weren't hurt & I would help you up. But if you were my friend, I would ask if you were hurt & if you weren't hurt I would be helping you up & we would both be laughing together :-)

i would be laughing way too hard to help you up. i would try to apologize but then i would just start laughing harder and i would pee my pants. except i don't wear pants, and doing that in a skirt isn't attractive at all.
