This question is not intended to be amusing,trivial or disrespectuful. For a lot people this is the equivalent of asking "Where were you when JFK was shot?"
In a matter of minutes, no matter what you were doing at the time,was of no consequence.
As for me, my mom and I were at a casino on the Indian Reservation. My dad had flown from AZ to NY the night before for meetings. Mom and I were playing slots, when I glanced up at the TV monitors,they were across the room, and all I could see was smoke coming out of a tall building...some of you may know how blaise gamblers can be. Anyway,soon some of the employees were gathering,talking,pointing...so I went and got my mom. We were horrified when we saw what was going on , and saw the 2nd plane hit.Dad was heading in that direction..we did not hear from him for 18 hours.
If anyone lost anyone near and dear to them, I am so very sorry for you,and please don't take offense.
