He/She knows you've been watching and walks up to you and itroduces himself/herself. What do you do? Is this person worth getting to know or do you reject them for what you know?

When people reach their daily limit *like me* do you think they go to vote and just pick the first answer *no matter what it is* just to build up points? The first answer always seems to be the best answer when voted on (if there's more than one voter)
