Yes, very much so! I think you reached inside my soul and pulled this question cause I experience this quite often. What makes me happy is when I'm having a bad day and someone talks to me knowing the right words or not even knowing the right words and makes you feel special like no one else can....:)

I look at those days as bad days. What works for me is that I accept the fact that out of seven days in a week I am going to get perhaps one of those days. Sometimes we need to jump start our moods when this happens. I will try to find a project or movie to relieve the stress created from feeling negative.

Nurture it, and yourself, and the joy will come more often and stay longer, And if you're lucky, one day it may be your primary emotion.

Yeah I know that feeling it is a great feeling even if its just for those few seconds. Just having a bright light appear in that seemingly pure dark room, just to feel all good once again

yeah i had that before but now my toilet doesnt work anymore and my bowels are still sad. It went pretty well though it made me feel happy to get it all out.
