1) When people hold things in their mouth, like tickets or receipts (haven't they heard of pockets?)
2) When people say "how are we" when they mean "how are you"
3) When fat people stick one leg out behind them when they bend over (looks like a move in ballet)
4) When women put two fingers to your lips, to indicate they don't want to listen to what you're trying to say (what a cliche)
5) When women stick a finger into their mouth, to indicate something you just said makes them want to throw up (again, what a cliche. If you feel like throwing up, you don't need a finger)
