D
soap or sanitizer, whatever is available

soap has been proven to be just as effective as sanifizer or anti-bacterial soap.
It's the action of washing and the water that actually clean your hands of germs.
Soap is used as a grease lifter, which helps the water to rinse away the bad stuff
anti-bacterial soap does the same thing
sanitizers don't use water, which I don't like, but if that's the only thing available I'll use it. Hospitals and medical offices use sanitizers because they are convenient when there are no sinks around.

I carry my own little bottle of anti-bacterial soap every where, so that way I could wash my hands at a public restroom or if I'm at someone's house. It's not that I don't trust the people that I'm visiting, but this way I can make sure that I have anti-bacterial soap to wash my hands with. Plus I have a bottle of hand sanitizer to use after wards. I do the same when I'm at home too.

D. all of the above
I use soap
Hand Sanitizer is not effective as soap because you don't wash it off. Even though Hand Sanitizer kill germs(only on the surface) you still need to moist your hands which you will clean farther.

D. All of the above. Yes, I wash my hands in a bar soap all day long and have hand cream all over the house. I am always standing up watching TV while I rub my hand cream in. I don't trust those Sanitizers but they are better than nothing when you can't get to the soap. I HATE GERMS!!! @8-)

D. all of the above

I use soap if I am at a sink, hand sanitizer if I am not.

Hand sanitizer can be more effective than soap, since not all soaps in restrooms are antibacterial.

I always wash my hands after even entering a bathroom to use the mirror. It's the easiest way to prevent getting sick! I use soap only sanitizer if there is no soap.

D. All of the Above w/soap

I think hand sanitizer is a convient germ killer. I am a public servant and I work with a large homeless population and I keep hand sanitizer at my desk and I use it after each client. And i use Lysol spray for air born germs.

D. all of the above

I use both soap and hand sanitizer.

I don't think hand sanitizer is effective as soap, because I think you have to wash your hand with plenty of water !!
