Why?

Why did you do this again?
Don't you know how much it hurts us,
how much it worries us?

Sure, I understand,
I know what it is like to want something, to need and to crave something,
I've been there, fell down and got back up, just like you.

Yet, sometimes it seems like you don't even try
no matter how much we seem to mean to you.
So I begin to wonder if you'll always be the same.

Why 15 to 20 years ago, walking a co-worker to her car was a nice thing to do...?

...and now it's called stalking? The same sick kind of people have lived all along. Whatever happened to being romantic? Everything is so cold and calculated these days. Is living in fear holding back our emotions and our will to practice freedom of the self?
