No there is no such thing as "jungle gene" behavior. There are many factors that contribute to high crime rates, but african ancestry is not one!

I known a few family from Sudan (very dark much dark then African American) and they are in general very nice people and very generous with sharing food.

No. I would have thought that it would have had something to do with white racist anti-black miscegenation and misandry, and the frustration of not being accepted as being equal to all (and a great deal better than a good many) others.
