Really depends on what your perspective is. In general, I would say that the most dangerous places to end up are some of the more unstable African countries (Congo, Rwanda, etc.). But from the perspective of an American, Iraq might for the time being be a worse place to be, due to all the local animosity.
Safety issues aside, though, if you're thinking of the least interesting places to go, Greenland is probably high on the list - there is very little there except for on the coasts.

I would say Iraq because of the war but i wish I could go there to help the children>I guess it would be Siberia as I hate the cold

if i had the money and the means to go globe trotting i think there's only one place i really could care less seeing and that would be Antarctica.
