guys do you ever find yourself getting excited down there when wearing boxers for no reason??

one of my guy friends told me this
"boxer shorts can be abit loose so the 'guy below' dangles about freely, this slight 'rocking' too and fro, or rubbing against the legs can cause a almost stiffening of the 'guy below' as such loose freedom and slight rubbing can cause this to happen.....not technically hard on, but the 'guy below' filling partly with blood as it's not tightly constricted, but instead loosely dangling from loose boxer shorts..."

so is that true ??

What does this mean?

I had a dream, in which i was running through endless sewer pipes, as I ran through raw sewage, I could see the individual drops of water mixed with waste falling off my boots, and a young maiden accompanied me, I did not know her, then, i emerged out of the pipes into a section, a room per say, and there were four creatures, sitting, unaware I was present...These creatures were covered with spikes and horns, and they dripped of slime...Before they could sense me, I snuck behind them, one at a time, stabbing the backs of their necks, drawing blood, and watching their eyes, as they lifelessly rolled into the backs of their heads, what does this mean? it has disturbed me greatly, thank you...
