I had a dream, in which i was running through endless sewer pipes, as I ran through raw sewage, I could see the individual drops of water mixed with waste falling off my boots, and a young maiden accompanied me, I did not know her, then, i emerged out of the pipes into a section, a room per say, and there were four creatures, sitting, unaware I was present...These creatures were covered with spikes and horns, and they dripped of slime...Before they could sense me, I snuck behind them, one at a time, stabbing the backs of their necks, drawing blood, and watching their eyes, as they lifelessly rolled into the backs of their heads, what does this mean? it has disturbed me greatly, thank you...

Dreams can be quite disturbing,
I just had one where I thoughtlessly put my 6 yr old onto a big city bus, then I missed the bus. The disturbing part was I really didn't seem concerned. I was just taking my time, doing other things etc..
Sometimes I feel I can discern the meaning of a dream.
Yours? I think it is you, knowing you have some big things against you, but knowing, you will prevail! Kinda scary, but, I wouldn't worry about it! You'll be fine! (mine: I need to focus more on my kid's!)

My guess is the sewer represents your life and the maiden something pure. The demons are self explanatory as you are fighting them. We all have our demons to fight.
