For me, therapy is working. I was really depressed, even suicidal, but I'm seeing a woman therapist, avoid male therapists (I'm a guy).I take Prozac, and it's done me wonders. Some of the chat rooms on myspace are good too, you can talk with others in the same situation, and it helps. You're not alone. But give therapy a chance, and make sure it's a woman, they listen. Good luck, I've been divorced for almost a year, and I do still think of her, but each day it gets just a little easier.
