I don't get it. Why are questions like "if a tree falls does it make a sound" or "the sound of one hand clapping" supposed to be deep? Who cares what the sound of one hand clapping is. In fact, one hand can't clap, so the sound does not exist.

Should Yahoo answers:

Have grammer check?
Get rid of banned people for point-gaming?
Redesign the site (it's pretty boring)?
Be more strict to people who respond with random or innapropriate answers?
Have no question penalty to keep Yahoo Answers running?
