Smoke. I quit on Oct.21, 2006. And with help from the good Lord I'll never buy another pack!

Make promises that I cannot keep - if someone asks me to make a promise, I will tell them "I promise to try...." that way, you don't have to be held responsible or feel guilty if you cannot keep your promise.
Evil loves to make a person break promises....
