Should Yahoo answers:
Have grammer check?
Get rid of banned people for point-gaming?
Redesign the site (it's pretty boring)?
Be more strict to people who respond with random or innapropriate answers?
Have no question penalty to keep Yahoo Answers running?
And last,
Make me the ruler of the world?

Half the people, like you, don't even use the spell check, let alone a grammar check. And, I think the Yahoo Police are already too strict with some people while they bypass those people who make racist remarks and talk about molesting children.
And, making you ruler of the world would be almost as dumb as making DubYah ruler of the world. Oh, wait, he already THINKS he is, lol.

Get rid of banned people - yes. But yahoo answers decides on who's banned if that's not already the case.
Site - okay / don't really care either way
You should lose 1 point for every bad answer vote you get, and get one point for every good answer point you get.
NO Question penaly - sure

Also Luken, I don't agree on the thumbs-down penalty for points.
It's kinda unfair for the people that have their own, different, and separate views from the norm (whatever that is).
