A lot of 80s music was crap (though it can be enjoyably crappy).

Some of it is genius. You have to appreciate the way bands took primitive keyboard synthesizers and drum machines and crafted beautiful, catchy pop songs out of them.

I love Duran Duran, a-ha, A Flock of Seagulls, the Cure, Echo & the Bunnymen, Depeche Mode, Talking Heads, Tears for Fears, the Go-Go's, Berlin.

Genius music.

I'm going to be buying a cheap....really cheap, used car, and it made me think about some of the old cars I've had in the past.

ok so theres this guy that i met last summer, we hung out all the time because we were in the same summerschool class. but we were always with his friends because mine didn't go to summerschool. we hung out all summer and i thought he liked me. but then once school started he met some of my friends. and now he likes my best friend and also one of my other friends. he still talks to me all the time. and i can't tell if he's hanging out with me becuse he's my friend or becuase he wants to get to my other friends. he seems nice but i'm starting to think he's just using me. even though he knows that my friends don't like him. now i don't know what to do, because i don't want to be used like that, but on the other hand. i still think he's an ok guy, idk maybe i'm just jealous becuase i like him. although i try not to ever act jealous when i'm around him. i'm able to joke around with him about it all but is that sending him the wrong message?
what would you do if you were me?

I think it does. How people call you, nag you, the nicknames you get - they're all one factor in the person you become.

I believe that if you had another name, you would be a (slightly) different person.

I have never been on a plane, because i am terrifed....But since 911 i couldn't imagine getting on one now. Are you scared to get on a airplane since 911.
