Well...winter is when it is really cold, Christmas is at this time....spring comes when things start turning green again, St Patrick's Day....summer is when it is really hot, 4th of July...fall is right before Halloween and Thanksgiving....when it's kinda cool and the leaves start to change colors.
I gave you a holiday to relate to each season....lol...maybe that way you can remember!

If it's below freezing where you're at (unless you're in the far north), it's winter.
If it gets to be warm enough so that you can go out every day with a T-shirt and no coat, it's spring.
If it gets hot enough to swim, it's summer.
If the leaves fall off the trees and it gets cooler, it's fall.
If it drops to below freezing and Christmas comes around, welcome to winter. Again.
