Yeah, I'm talking about those PETA extremists, the ones that stare you down at O' Charlie's over their soymilk and salads because you just ordered some chicken tenders.
I mean, I don't like the thought of me going out and shooting cute fuzzy things myself, but I really don't mind if other people do it. It keeps the animal population down. As long as the people shooting it eat the animal, why not? Also, people have eaten meat for as long as we have lived. Og clubbed a mammoth and ate it. Why shouldn't John shoot a deer and eat it? One hundred out of millions isn't going to do anything.
Also, as mentioned above, why do people get so upset over other people eating meat? It's just like religions for me; I respect them as long as they don't force it on me.
Cows, chicken, and other animals that we usually eat are raised just for it- I'm pretty darned sure that they won't go extinct.
So... why do they do so, and have you ever had an experience like this?
