Sure, sometimes I'll have something to say but I'll usse tact to hold back my true feelings. It depends on the situation. sometimes saying too much can get you in trouble, so it's best to keep silent. Besides, you learn more when you dont talk so much.

Sometimes... I don't do it much, but I restrain myself from being vicious!
Over the years, I just realized that holding back feelings and stuff is much more healthy because it prevents me from getting hurt! I may come across as cold but hey, it works for me!

You have to evaluate each situation and know how to respond to each situation based on the content in question.

Yes, a lot. Much more than I should. This happens mostly when I'm unsure, undecided or scared.
When I'm undecided, I prefer to either act impulsively or do nothing.

I hold back a lot. Then I'm told I'm cold or distant. But if I don't hold back I get asked if I'm gay or needy. There's nooo right thing to do these days.

Almost all the time. It's better to bite your tongue though & not say something that you can't take back later. That's really hard to do when you're arguing though, & at times like that, it makes me feel like I'm going to explode.
