I think he is from the 70's or 80's and he wears a black hat, has a white shirt or wife beater on and he wears suspenders. He is not one of the fat ones, and he has a mustache that goes down on each side of his mouth. If you have any clues or guesses please let me know.

I seen a few movies. And there is this one guy who has a big Winnie wee and he is about 5'6 200 lbs something- Little less then shoulder length hair and he has a beer belly.
